So what can we do to live a happy day no matter what?

Happiness is an attitude of mind. We need to accept it and try to look at the positive side of it and, believe, there is always one. Not because we can’t see any positive side, it means that there isn’t. We can’t allow ourselves to be miserable all the time. If we do, we don’t love ourselves enough. We need to push ourselves to be happy, learn and practice things that make us feel better and happier.
There are things we need to understand that are not good for us, therefore we need to get rid of them and also replace them with some good habits.
When you open your eyes take a half-smile and then give yourself a good morning wish to fully wake up and then spend a few minutes concentrating on your breathing and relaxing your body.
Do not jump out of bed and start the day as if you were living in autopilot mode.
Decide your first thought. Do not let the first thought decide the course of your day.Why do we have to decide our first thought? Because the thoughts create our emotions and moods.So what can we think?
Be Grateful for all you have in your life, don’t take anything for granted.

Have a Positive Attitude
Don’t Rush
Practice Walking Meditation
Practice some Conscious Breathing
Let go of the small and unimportant things
Stop Complaining
Learn to Vent Your Frustrations

Surround Yourself with Happy and Positive People
Be Kind and do something good to others
Find some Time for Physical Exercises
Have love in your day
Focus on your goal and on what you want to achieve
Finish a Day in a Good and Happy Day
Not only it’s important to start a Day in a good and happy way, but it’s also important to finish our day in a good way, we need to prepare ourselves for a good night sleep and be ready to live another happy day.
